Community Transit Ticket Books Community Transit ticket books are refundable with the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of the return. Proof of purchase consists of either the sales receipt given when the product was purchased from our RideStore or one of our authorized pass outlets, or the packing slip enclosed when purchasing online or by mail.
- Community Transit ticket books are refundable only if they are complete (no tickets have been removed or redeemed).
- All returns must be made at our RideStore. Location and hours of operation are available here.
- All returns require RideStore manager approval, and may take up to 2 weeks to process.
PugetPasses Monthly PugetPasses are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REPLACEABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
